OUR
FOUNDER
Our story begins with lived experience in the tax sector. A graduate of the University of Idaho, our founder discovered her calling in representing individuals and businesses before the IRS and state taxing authorities as an Enrolled Agent, advocating for taxpayers navigating collection matters and disputes. Through years of hands-on experience, working hundreds and resolving a countless number of cases—negotiating payment plans and settlements on behalf of individuals and business entities—she gained a deep understanding of the value gap between taxpayers and the tax system.
One truth became clear early on in her work: many taxpayers feel disconnected from the value of paying taxes. Propriety was created to change that narrative and bridge that gap by restoring a sense of purpose and satisfaction for all taxpayers.
